Our broad line of heaters and heater assemblies use only the finest raw materials available and give world class performance. A variety of standard heater and OEM component heaters are offered.

Fiber Insulated Heaters

Fiber Insulated Heater Type RDI
High performance metallic resistance wire elements combined with AXHTM insulation deliver element temperatures close to 1400C. Type RDI Fiber Insulated Heaters are produced on a custom basis to customer specifications.

Fiber Insulated Heater Type FIH
Designed for temperatures of 1100C, Type FIH Fiber Insulated Heaters are real workhorses. The combination of ully supported Fe-Cr-Al heating elements and AXL insulation deliver long term performance that can be measured in years.
Refractory Supported Heaters

Refractory Supported Heater Type AX-200
Type AX-200 Refractory Supported Heaters combine
Fe-Cr-Al heating elements with a strong, highly stable, high temperature refractory body. These rugged heaters feature outstanding resistance to abrasion and splashing from molten metals in applications to 1200C.


Flexible Heaters

Flexible Heater Type Aeroflex
Flexible Heater Type Aeroflex is a pad heater constructed of interlocking sintered alumina ceramic beads which insulate stranded nickel-chrome wire. This durable construction forms a flexible mat of considerable mechanical strength. They can be used up to 2050F (1121C) and are supplied with insulated leads with male welder terminations.
Molybdenum Disilicide Heating Elements

Molybdenum Disilicide Heating Element Type MOSI2
Type MOSI2 Molybdenum Disilicide Heating Elements are manufactured in the United States using the finest raw materials and cutting edge formulations. Standard and custom MOSI2 elements are available in a variety of sizes to deliver high power densities for use to 1700C, 1800C and 1900C.
